domestically with prominent public functions:
Local Heads of State or Government: (Governor, Premier)
Senior politicians: (ministers, members of Parliament including the
Speaker)
Senior government, judicial or military officials: (judges,
magistrates, registrars, commissioners of police)
Senior executives of state owned corporations: (CEOs, MDs, GMs,
Directors, Presidents and their deputies of all statutory
corporations)
Important political party officials: (party leaders/chairpersons,
mobilizers)
