Country Responsibilities:

The FIU should be able to disseminate,
spontaneously and upon request, information and the
results of its analysis to relevant Competent
Authorities, and should use dedicated, secure and
protected channels for the dissemination.
•
The FIU should be operationally independent and
autonomous.
