Prohibits fundraising for terrorism purposes, restricts the making
available of funds and financial services to terrorists and provides
powers to freeze accounts of suspected terrorists

Anti-Terrorism (Financial and Other Measures) (Overseas
Territories) Order 2002

Extends to the OTs the provisions of the Terrorism Act, 2000 and Anti-
terrorism, Crime and Security Act, 2001 which deal with the financing of
terrorism

Chemical Weapons (Overseas Territories) Order 2005
•
Extends to the OTs the provisions of the UK Chemical Weapons Act,
1996 and Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act, 2001
