International Cooperation

Countries are required to provide cooperation in relation
to information on trusts, including BO information by:
•
Facilitating access by foreign CAs to any information held
by Registries or other authorities
•
Exchanging domestically available information on the trust
•
Using legal powers to obtain BO information on behalf of
foreign counterparts
