Timely Access to Current and Accurate Information

Mechanisms should be in place to ensure all basic and
BO information is accurate and updated on a timely basis

CAs (particularly LEAs) should have power to obtain basic
and BO information in a timely manner

Company Registry should be able to facilitate timely
access by FIs, DNFBPs and foreign CAs to public
information held (at minimum - basic information)
