In the case of BVI, Registered Agents are responsible
for maintaining and making available to CAs all basic
information including BO information within a period of
48 but not exceeding 72 hours (current law)

Information and other records held on the legal and
beneficial
ownership of companies should be
maintained for at least 5 years after the date on which:
•
the company is dissolved or otherwise ceases to exist, or
•
the company ceases to be a customer of the professional
intermediary or Financial Institution
