General Principles:

CAs, and LEAs should ensure that measures put in place
to prevent or mitigate ML/TF risks are commensurate with
identified risks

Processes to identify, assess, monitor, manage and
mitigate ML/TF risks should be in place for all CAs and
LEAs
•
Where there are higher risks, countries should require
CAs and LEAs to take enhanced measures to mitigate
those risks
