Effect of the MOU

The MOU agreement defines the relationship
between the Authorities and compels them to:

Carry out the purpose and objectives of the MOU
•
Facilitate the performance of respective duties and statutory
obligations
•
Enhance the Territory’s compliance with its international
obligations with respect to information exchange
•
Coordinate activities to effectively combat criminality relative
to ML,TF, corruption, matters related to organized crime and
tax obligations.
