Countries should:

Provide the widest range of MLA in relation to ML, associated
predicate offences and TF investigations, prosecutions and
related proceedings
•
Have an efficient mechanism for the effective transmission and
execution of MLA requests
•
Maintain confidentiality of requests received
•
Not refuse to execute any request on the grounds of financial
institution secrecy or confidentiality or the involvement of fiscal
matters
