Countries should:

Have arrangements for coordinating seizure and
confiscation proceedings, including sharing of confiscated
assets (particularly when confiscation is a direct or
indirect result of coordinated law enforcement actions)
•
Consider establishing an asset forfeiture fund where all
or a portion of confiscated property may be deposited for
law enforcement, health, education or other appropriate
purposes
